spotless, the staff were approaching, fantastic food. extremely clean facilities, with freshly renovated and extra big rooms. really clean building and unbeatable location. small garden and nice pool.

The place was LUXURY and inexpensive and the staff were courteous, the location was perfect close to downtown.

I loved the stay here. Check in was efficient, staff was really excellent! The breakfast was quick and there were lots of options. Its location was brilliant, adjacent to Boardwalk and the center of the city.

Beautiful staff and location, overall the hotel was beautifully decorated! They made my stay lovely. I loved a contemporary decor and comfortable furniture. The staff served coffee, fruit, yogurt, pastries and hot waffles for breakfast. Restaurant in property was small and the pool area was excellent. There were fine internet and overnight parking available.

Continental breakfast was generous and the staff was useful. The staff did all they can for an UNFORGETTABLE stay. We loved well done room with luxurious bathroom. Plenty of various drinks, such as wines and juices in the bar. Incredibly convenient location, walking distance to pretty area.

Enjoyed this place, it was clean and had wonderful location and cleanliness. This hotel was in a secure area just off downtown shopping, stores.

We think it's a relaxing base for staying in Santa Cruz. Lobby staff are the nicest people. Location in a safe area.
